Topic: 商品及高風險資產之投資攻略:
1./ U.S. and Europe highly fall into Double-dip recession next year. Caused by austerity plans in European, Bush Tax Cut ended, Financial Reform, Healthcare Reform, TAX hike, Foreclosure to rise by late 2010 to mid-2011, property price remains in doldrums and last but not least UNEMPLOYMENT stays high...
2./ China slowdown priced-in already, can be seen from the worst performance of A-Share in 1st half-2010
3./ Commodity prices are highly correlated with the economic growth of China. Comparison between A-Share and CRB Index
4./ PIIGS problem and debt problem in U.S. are long-term problem, not necessarily negative to near-term sentiment
5./ High Risk Asset-- commodities, stocks and high-yield/commodity currencies
Determining factors to the market direction in 2nd half 2010:
1./ Low interest rate environment in Europe and U.S. persists, (supportive) No ECB nor FED rate hike throughout 2011.
2./ NO more intervention policy from Chinese Gov\'t but instead another round of stimulus plan reckoned. Slight chance of rate hike from PBOC... (supportive)
3./ U.S. Fin.sec Geitner suggests extension of Bush Tax Cut on dividend and Capital gain (supportive)
4./ Dividend yield is more attractive than bond yield (supportive)
5./ Nonetheless, not much people really believes in \"Double-Dip Recession\" next year which will fuel another round of rally in risky assets before market plunge!
